I am part of the Solution Engineering team, which is engaged in an initial and most creative phase of finding and designing the best solution to address a client’s business needs and support them in their way towards digital transformation. My goal is to help businesses transform by adopting the leading-edge technology from the vast VMware portfolio including modern DevOps and application modernization solutions, best-in-class virtualization (compute, storage, network) solutions, groundbreaking security, and endpoint management solutions. In my current role, I am responsible for selling the complete VMware solution, products, and services within a list of key commercial accounts in Maharashtra and Goa. I get to work with a diversified set of customers spanning across BFSI, IT/ITes, Public Sector, manufacturing, education, and new age start-ups I am primarily focused on promoting VMware DC solutions, VMware cloud solutions, end point security solutions, end point computing solutions like MDM/ VDI, SDWAN etc. I try to evangelize by presenting and demonstrating VMware multi-cloud solutions and application modernization solutions to customer representatives at the management, operations, or developer level with confidence, helping them make their strategic vision a reality I am good at mapping and maintaining relationships at all levels within the complete accounts echo system viz IT Heads, policymakers, consultants, advisers, partners, and other key decision makers and influencers. I was responsible for supporting the sales team in working on medium to large-sized IT Infrastructure deals, putting together viable solutions based on private, public, hybrid or multi-cloud. I collaborated with the sales managers in creating proposals for customers while responding to RFx’s to produce high-quality and timely proposals and also ensured the solution is in compliance with the customer requirement. I ensured that all cost elements are considered when building the case & challenged cost elements when needed, to drive the best cost alternatives. I also delivered the value proposition for the customer for IT infrastructure proposals we delivered which covered not only the Cloud Infra but managed services like AIOps, CaaS etc. I also created use cases, user stories and demos as part of the business development activities for increase the consumption of the VCF platform at TietoEVRY.

In my current role I am responsible to understand customer requirements and enlighten them how T-Systems can solve their business problems with the various offerings we have in the area of Cloud Transformation and Migrations and related market services. I act as a bridge between the business and the product teams to translate their problems into our product features or solutions. I also actively handle the customer workshops, doing proof of concepts for them and also enabling them while they onboard onto T-Systems Cloud Platforms and other market services. I am accountable for the Solution Architecture, Design & Costing of multiple technologies for various customers, in context of T-Systems portfolio, standards and principles. In my current role I analyze business requirements and provide most appropriate and best-fit solution design to meet the business requirements. I work on Private, Public and Hybrid Cloud Solutions. Transformations to these clouds is what I am most passionate about. Along-with this I also work on providing solutions for Manged Infrastructure Services in either of the Clouds. I respond to RFP's, RFI's, tenders for customers all across the globe. I, as a Solution Designer, own the architectural design through the initial phases of the design (request, concept and high level), and handing over the design after customer order for detailed phases of the design to delivery management. In my current role I am leading a team of VMware and Azure, AWS engineers who are part of the Migration Factory at T-Systems Pune. We are helping customers in their cloud journey and making it easy to move from on-premise to the customers preferred Cloud. I am also working closely with the Presales team to respond to RFP's and prepare effort estimations for various cloud migration and Disaster Recovery solutions in Azure and AWS.
