1. Led a group of 36 high school students in their academic pursuits.
2. Organized the class administrative system, including task allocation and collaboration with school partner units.
3. Designed curriculum content and schedule to enable 36 students to pass the Mold Design Technician Level C exam (83% pass rate despite pandemic impacts).
4. Designed curriculum content and schedule to equip 11 students with the prerequisite knowledge for CNC Technician Level B exam, and collaborated with project personnel to execute the training program (90% pass rate).
5. Designed curriculum content and schedule to equip 5 students with the prerequisite knowledge for Mold Design Technician Level B exam, and collaborated with project personnel to execute the training program (80% pass rate).
6. Organized after-school learning activities based on learning stages and grade-level goals, including the 8th period, evening self-study, winter/summer camps, and intensive review sessions before exams.
7. Organized high school research projects and science exhibitions, including topic planning, scheduling, task allocation, and learning-oriented organization.
8. Trained vocational high school mold design contestants, designed training schedules and content, and provided self-training and checklists (students won 14th place in the national competition in 2017, and 6th and 7th places in 2022).
9. Provided guidance and referral services for youth mental health issues, including interpersonal relationships, academic pressure, peer relationships, and others.
