Responsible for projects and tasks management. Making changes in App UI/UX and marketing department. Strengthening brand awareness, loyalty, and maintaining B2B relations.
Customer Relations Specialist (Full-Time)
Responsible for customer relationships & experience management. Strengthening brand awareness, loyalty, and customer satisfaction. Creating company cs management SOP from scratch. Assisting 50+ customers per day via email, responding to social media comments, including processing RMA, Shopify, Amazon, and other e-commerce platforms.
Bartender (Part-Time)
Mixes various alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages according to the needs of customers, while also preparing and serving simple meals.
