I am Tiffany Lin!!I have a positive attitude and love new challenges. I am a loyal person and looking forward to an outstanding performance at work. I Graduated From National Chi Nan University in Double Major (Educational Policy and Administration/Public Policy and Management). I have over 7 years of work experience. Working in manpower company almost 6 years after I graduated. I’m responsible for Outsourcing and Project Management, focus on recruiting long term & short-term contractor, contacting Clients and giving them quotation, modify the contract., short-term employee training, calculating salary, project final report. It’s made me increasing my oral communication and written expression Skills from this Job. And also I can work under a leader and follow instructions giving the best work. And My last job as a full functional HR in Startup Game company. I am responsible for recruiting and staffing, benefits, compensation, employee relations, HR compliance, staff training and development, organizational design and HR systems I am seeking for a work where I can give my knowledge and at the same time learn new things. Therefore, I hope to be a member of your company, contribute what you have learned, and grow with your company.
