Manages and distributes information to several retail and hospitality accounts across North America and Internationally. o Responsible for retail accounts in Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Kentucky, West Virginia, Carolinas, Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Washington DC, and New Jersey. o Coordinates orders and projects for the Hospitality division with a backlog in excess of $5,000,000. ▪ Schedules hospitality orders with values of up to $500,000+ to ship to clients per advance request dates which coordinates with project completion. o Responsible for service issues from private label account Room and Board. o Attended April 2016 High Point Market and performed duties such as greeting retail accounts, presenting product to both existing and new accounts, and providing support to all members of the sales team. o Responsible for end consumer contact requests from the company website. o Utilizes all materials and tools available to obtain solutions to service issues. ▪ Proficient in Oracle applications ▪ Uses daily backlog reports to respond to client questions and requests ▪ Uses purchasing and production reports to adjust open orders and provide rapid, accurate responses to valuable clients. ▪ Distributes shop drawings, finish samples, and other designer requirements to clients. ▪ Highly proficient in Adobe and Microsoft Office applications.
