• Represented Taiwan team and led POI (Point of Interests) projects in collaboration with global teams(Unite States/India/Singapore/Korea...) & successfully achieved delivery goals even after team downsizing to 1/3 and saved $2M(NTD) costs on ineffective vendors. • Successfully planned and built up an infographic dashboard to monitor data delivery performance, and this dashboard provided senior management, decision making and high- level reports. • Took the role of subject matter expert for traffic data including toll costs, safety cameras, petrol stations and electronic vehicles charging stations and successfully maintained timely deliverables with excellent quality. (safety camera was marked No.1 quality among the competitors in a 2019 competitive analysis by a third party) • Proactively participated in Local Change Detection projects and applied Agile to better workflows and achieved POI data automation which saved 50% processing time. • Developed VBA scripts for automation and saved up to 1 day each time for weekly data processing integration and analysis. • Supported critical customer requests for data integration and in a timely manner, including collaboration with government departments. (Kinmen City, Taiwan MOTC, ...) • Mentored and monitored interns to execute data processing for daily tasks.

• Successfully designed e-maps for Taiwan Geospatial One Stop, the most widely used geo- information open platform for national public sectors. • Coordinated and planned several GIS (Geographic Information Systems) projects and conducted user interviews, system requirement analysis and designed UI e.g. “Academia Sinica Statistic GIS web platform”, “Central Weather Bureau image data support system”, “GIS decision support system for Ministry of Labour of Taiwan”. • Liaised with external users to define technical requirements/features and communicated with internal engineers to achieve the project completion of web/mobile applications and APIs specifications. • Supported bid proposals and analysed system requirements and created relevant maps/ diagrams for documentation.
