Always maintaining the top 300 SKU's in the store By Category.
Indenting regularly as per the requirement of fast-moving SKU's.
Review the performance of Lifestyle Categories on daily basis and fix the gaps.
1 on 1 review with the department managers on Business improvements.
Handling a Team of 500 Staff's.
Handling Business of 100cr.
Organize widespread Merchandising, Visual merchandising and sales functions.
Achieving production goals, including saleable targets, quality standards, reconditioning costs.
Maintaining retail service goals, including customer service, quality, and sales targets.
Prepare in advance and conduct regular sales meetings for store staffs on daily basis
Review the performance of salespeople and to stimulate them to even greater achievements.
Motivating the Subordinates to deliver the best team work every time and at the same time acknowledging and
rewarding for what they have done.
Training and grooming the staff for delivering the best customer service every time.
Responsible for helping and solving any customer issues.
Make sure sales people are doing everything they should be doing to successfully sell product.
Offer sales people the coaching, counseling, advice, support, motivation or information they need in order to
help the meet their sales objectives.
