At my current position I've successfully managed the world wide supply chain of 800k Metal Cards in 2021, in addition of being able to coordinate and negotiate with the different departments and top management the transfer of production demand in order to be able to balance three production plants and maintain a loading of at least 8 million cards.

• Follow up and support the Customer Survey Measuring Process (CSMP) in order to ensure all the surveys are answered and considered.
• Encouraging and keeping track of the program management team on their continuous training in the PM Prime Platform.
• Update and Maintenance of Power BI reports.
