It’s my pleasure to provide this letter of recommendation for Annie.

As Annie’s direct manager and employer at UIUX Cafe, I’ve worked closely with her over the past two years. Annie’s role as a UI designer for the design projects came with great responsibility and challenge. She put herself in great effort in design and stayed flexible for the rapidly changing requirements into clients and development needs.

Annie was appointed as Lead Designer for the UI/UX design team this year, which consisted of three projects responsible for different design interns. Annie brought value by consistently exceeding expectations and being an example to her fellow designers. She showed her patience and was always ready to lend a helping hand to her teammates and contribute during brainstorming sessions .

 Annie worked with a cheerful attitude and forged a great working relationship with our team. She has a good understanding of design and development that not only meets the client's needs, but also values the design process. During her employment from 2019 to 2021, I have experienced and was impressed a positive improvement of her.
