  • Directed the product line roadmaps of the AI-enabled electric boats with Cellular/ Wi-Fi connectivity, Digital-Twin dashboard and synthetic CV for the US inland cruising market
  • Built the first e-boat prototype in 4 months and the following 4 iterations in a year to verify the specification, cost target, schedule and logistics with cross-functional teams for mass production
  • Launched EV charging stations with digital signage, enterprise-graded access controls, charging reporting and fallback behaviors on the unified B2C/ B2B2C SaaS platforms, selling out 200pcs in the first 2 weeks.
  • Supervised Web/ Mobile platforms by refined onboard UX, user stories and acceptance in the Scrum methodology with design, hardware, mechanical, firmware, backend, frontend, AI and test teams across different countries.
