As a legal administrative assistant, my duties included, but were not limited to: answering phone calls, emails, and online chat inquiries in a timely manner; manage attorneys, paralegals, and all other office personnel's calendars for day-to-day business; ensure that clients are greeted, shown into conference rooms, and promptly assisted by a member of the legal team; and construct and proofread official legal documents binder to ensure spelling and accuracy.
