I'm Charlie, who graduated from National Cheng Chi University with a bachelor's degree in Journalism. I got 970 in the TOEIC test and 104 in the TOEFL test. I was an English teacher at Nan Kan Senior High School for three semesters. I enjoy teaching a lot because I find it very satisfying to share knowledge with others. I've been to Japan a lot of times and I think Japanese culture is very attractive. I have been self-learning Japanese for almost two years.

Motivation
Since I was a kid, I have been familiar with Japanese culture. From movies to music to comic books, so I've always wanted to live in Japan if I had the opportunity. I've traveled to Japan a few times, with my family or alone. I love the atmosphere and culture there. I understand that traveling and working are quite different, but it never stops my desire to work in Japan someday. So, when there's a chance, I'm going to seize it. To me, teaching is a fun and interesting career. Answering people's questions gives a great sense of achievement. And it's also satisfying to see students grow through your lectures. I hope I can have the opportunity to interview for the job, and I believe I'm a fitting candidate for this position.

Right now, I'm an international sales officer for a tech company. My daily routine was to contact foreign customers by either e-mail or phone, mostly with English speakers. Also, I'm in charge of the Japanese market too.

Taoyuan Municipal Nankan Senior High School • September 2021 - January 2023
I had 20 classes per week, including English and elective courses, which included "Life English", "English Presentation" and "News English". My students' academic averages are the third in our school, losing only to Talented Classes. I also participated in after-school classes for sports class at night.

During my time there, I was in charge of video editing for car introduction. It normally takes one day to film a car, and another day to edit hundreds of footage into a 30 minute-long video.
