Prior to this role, I contributed (volume growth) CAGR 13.6% which is the highest among the four industries in terms of Industrial industry assistant manager. I started my career at BASF Taiwan in 2011 as sales of Special Polymers. To fulfill this assignment, I built up strong customer relationship and a reliable customer care structure. Business management and market development of Special Polymers in Taiwan. Covering Biopolymers, Melamine foams and PolyEtherSulforne. Developed/created the close-loop solution of ecovio bags for organic waste management with New Taipei City EPD. Proposed BOT(Build-Operate-Transfer) 2.4 Milo USD investment with 600k USD annual profit.
Focused on key accounts management, including value chain integration. Established win-win environment among HTC(an ex-mobile phone brand), molders, Clariant, SABIC and NWP. Achieved 12.3Milo USD revenue (profit rate ~19%) in 2009/2010 in Greater China. Acted as a manufacturer instead of merely an agency in mobile-phone manufacturing industry.
