I have visited the main tea regions around the world learning about the different aspects of tea such us: geography, culture, ceremony, cultivation, preparation and tasting. i have experience working in the development in tea retail experiences as well as training, buying and quality control as well as public relations.

During my time working as Head of Tea Experience at P & T I have been responsible for everything tea related, which involves the support of different departments such as:
Developed the educational program offered by the Chilean Tea Academy, including conducting multiple level courses, events and tastings.
During this experience, I was part of the whole process of bringing the American brand, Adagio Tea, to Chile - from negotiations in the US with the brand and the design of the company's business plan, to its establishment in Chile. Once the company was fully operating with its first shop open, my responsibilities involved supporting the work of each department:
- Marketing: As my main role, I led the two agencies who managed our media publicity and social media networks, both working as the Brand Ambassador of Adagio Teas Chile with multiple appearances in magazines, radio and television, as well as creating and supervising the content uploaded to our social networks.
- Human Resources: Trained staff to assist clients in the shop and helped implement a complete shopping experience.
- Storage: Carefully supervised the handling and storage of the different kinds of teas.
- Product: Verified the quality of teas and helped with the selection of products focusing on the Chilean market, as well as assisting in the selection and design of accessories that involved trips to China to coordinate with suppliers.
- Tea Studio: Directed the Tea Studio, a tea school with several courses offered to all our clients passionate about tea.
Developed the tea education program for the first tea school in Chile. Managed and organized each workshop and promotion through social media.
Managed the reward program of Crystal Cruises reserved for the cruise line's frequent cruisers. Involved the organization of parties, dinners. Assisted guests and helped them get orientated onboard the ship. Facilitated their stay as well as being the representative of the Crystal Cruises Office while sailing.
In charge of the Afternoon Tea Service. Checked bookings and set tables, coordinated with the bar and pastry chef's special occasions. Led proper brewing and service of each tea on display.
Hosted and guided the premium wine tastings at the Touristic Center of Concha y Toro Winery.
Tended to the hospitality needs of hotel guests, including preparation and service of drinks.
