第二檔則是{父親節回饋禮},精選酒款搭配禮盒,三天創下18,189的營業額。

自傳

    您好,我是謝霈賢,來自新竹竹東。2018年畢業於輔仁大學餐旅管理所,就學期間除了學習行銷學、消費者心理學等專業課程,曾在巨匠電腦學習過Photoshop以及Illustrator,這也讓我為公司設計過許多EDM。並因為興趣,考取了WSET葡萄酒認證二級,擁有對葡萄酒的專業知識。目前在工作之餘,在為考取記帳士執照努力,目的在於完善自己對於財務的完整知識。


『學習』   

    就學期間,在製作報告、統計數據的功課下,學習如何分配工作,與組員分工合作,以超過老師的期待為目標。課外之餘,我也積極參與系上以及學校事務,曾擔任輔大餐旅系每年一度聖誕餐會的召集人;並曾加入學校籃球隊,為校爭光。


『經驗』 

    大學期間,因為科系的關係,接觸到餐飲業。實習的過程中,接觸到許多人與人之間的相處、應對之道,面對各式各樣的消費者也培養了我果決、善於解決問題的能力,並且朔造出高情商的性格。實習的過程中,更得到單位主管的信任,成為管理10~20位工讀生的組長。

    研究所期間,上課以及論文之餘,也在紅酒誌工作。並於機緣之下,成為紅酒誌的店長,處理店內大小事務,過程中,也習得相當多關於葡萄酒的專業知識,但我認為更重要的是學習到如何讓活動、餐會圓滿,注意其中的細節,確保每一個環節都能順利完成。

  目前服務於新竹國賓大飯店A Cut牛排館,擔任外場資深領班兼任侍酒師一職,管理十多位的外場服務人員,主要工作在酒水管理、現場營運、服務品質優化以及服務流程。

『期許』

    我是一個熱愛學習以及挑戰的人。對於工作,我具備強烈企圖心,個性正面的我,對於工作中的任何挑戰,將秉持認真負責態度去面對,遇到問題會主動找尋解決方法,希望能做出超越公司期待的成果。初步希望透過管理以及營運面的工作累積實務經驗,虛心學習來加強專業能力,進而提升工作效率,在工作上不失專業,為客戶提供最優質的服務,感謝貴公司閱讀我的履歷,謝謝。
