   • Initiated and cultivated international partnerships with key entities, including the Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization (SEAMEO), Ministry of Education in Indonesia and Malaysia, UNESCO Bangkok, Education Alliance Finland, UK EdTech Impact and HolonIQ among others.
     
     

2. International Conference Management:

   • Directed a team of 40 individuals to execute the 2023 Smart Education Expo, a concurrent expo to the largest Smart City Expo in the Asia-Pacific region. Involved in every phase from pre-planning to execution, extended invitations to over 40 influential government agencies, NGOs, universities and businesses globally and initiated over 100 industry matchmaking sessions with Taiwan companies.
   • Managed a team of 15 individuals and coordinated the 2022 and 2023 Taiwan IT Month in collaboration with the Ministry of Digital Affairs Taiwan and HolonIQ, the world's leading impact intelligence platform to organize the annual Taiwan EdTech 50 Award Summit.

   • Successfully coordinated market entry for Taiwanese businesses to cultivate strategic collaborations with government agencies and universities. Over the course of 3 years, managed the installation of 25 Smart Classroom sites with the total procurement output nearing IDR 4 Billion or USD $250,000 at esteemed universities across Indonesia, including UI, ITS, USAKTI, PNJ and Sahid.
     
     

2. International Conference Coordinator:

   • Attained the role as a team leader providing oversight in International Relations, Marketing and Multimedia Coordination for 3 years in Taiwan Smart City Summit and Expo and the ATD Asia Pacific Conference, hosting over 200 buyers from countries including India, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Japan, UK and Finland for industry matchmaking in Taiwan.
     
     
3. Training Facilitator:
   • Managed a large-scale global online teacher training course during the pandemic, successfully overseeing 4 seasons spanning 4 years. Engaged a network of 3000 teachers worldwide, drawing participation from over 30 countries.
   • Facilitated strategic collaborations with Indonesia's Ministry of Education and the Indonesian Naval Technical Institute to deliver Taiwanese cybersecurity live-stream courses and 3D printing product training, attracting participation from 2,300 Indonesian teachers.
