我是高仲德，2016年畢業於美國舊金山藝術大學網頁設計與新媒體學系並取得碩士學位，求學期間由於對設計的興趣，Illustrator、Photoshop及Sketch等，皆是我所擅長使用的工具與好夥伴，更在畢業專題內，完成畢業製作「HOOP」是一款為幫助喜愛打籃球的同好們所設計之手機平台； 

求學期間依序擔任過自由工作業者並從事 UXUI 相關設計，雖從這些工作中習得基礎應對及危機處理的能力，現階段期許未來的工作能學以致用，與設計、發想、資訊互相結合，以發揮所長，為公司帶來價值！

老家在新竹市，爸爸在科學園區上班，媽媽在家當家管，我在家中排行老大，有一位在等待兵役的二弟，一位自行創業從事餐飲的三弟。 

碩士階段對我來說不只是學習新知，更是離鄉、獨立自主的挑戰、不熟悉外語，也見識到高手雲集、競爭的社會，在學習設計的路上，Sketch、Photoshop、Illustrator都是我的好夥伴，有了它們再加上與同學組隊合作，讓我在畢業製作得以做出幫助喜愛打籃球的同好們所設計之手機平台，不過我知道這些還只是基礎的能力，要達到所做與所想近乎一致的程度還是言之過早，一個人的能力畢竟有限，希望能跟前輩合作，互相學習成長。

求學期間經歷了兩份工作，一份是King Bridge 公司的 Product Designer，主要工作是設計女性電子商務平台，另一份是Casablanca 公司的 UXUI Designer，工作內容則是設計一套私人秘書軟體介面，這兩份工作也讓自己定義目標，思考自己適合甚麼、嚮往的公司制度及合作的發展性。

畢業後回台灣經歷一份工作，Pointimize 裏擔任 Product Designer，主要估做內容是重新設計公司網站以及設計公司在 2017年5月前往紐約參加 TechCrunch 相關文宣產品。 

離開 Pointimize 後，進入香港外商公司 Spacious，是一間提供房地產交易買賣平台的公司，我在裡面擔任 UX UI Designer，主要負責公司所有平台的更新，包括電腦版網站，手機版網站以及智慧手機上的兩款 Apps。 

在從事設計的過程中，往往需要從生活中擷取許多不同的靈感，因此，我平常的興趣是攝影、看書、上網及遊戲；我相信，透過攝影出好的照片，對外可以幫助公司提升曝光度、增加知名度，對內可以調解身心、製造舒適的環境；而看書、上網，則幫助我增進思考、學習新知；玩遊戲可以紓壓、朋友間能增進感情，同時，也能從中觀察到人與人的互動、介面及遊戲設定，對不滿意的地方同時思考著要如何改善，這也是挺有樂趣的一件事； 未來，在實際從事設計工作時，除期許自己過往所學能夠實際與工作加以結合，為公司及工作帶來助益並且創造不可或缺的價值之外，也將更加致力於觀察市場所需及使用者經驗，使得設計更具功能性、更貼近於吸引大眾消費，引發共鳴，除創新之餘，讓設計更趨於人性！ 詳細相關設計作品，請參閱附件作品集，期盼有機會至貴公司進一步參與面談，誠摯感謝您！

Autobiography

My name is Jones. I hold a master’s degree with a major in Web Design and New Media which was awarded to me by Academy of Art University in San Francisco in 2016. Besides my major, I have also taken many courses related to psychology like User Experience and User Research, which have prepared me for UX in the field of design and analytics.

Therefore, I was assigned to a teaching assistant in the courses where I assisted the instructors in helping classmates to design web sites on the software, and how to shoot a photo by using a digital camera. I also designed some projects for companies with their requirements by using Sketch software as a freelancer.

Moreover, after I graduated and got my master’s degree in 2016. I came back to Taiwan and started working at Pointimize which is the points search platform that provides users to search their points to match the same valuable products such as hotels and flight tickets. Since Pointimize was a startup, the team was really small and we can arrange everything fast and quick. The first job’s experience brought me into contact with professional societies and helped me improve my social skills. This experience also taught me how to work with people efficiently. 

After leaving my first job, I started working remotely from the working space since the company’s HQ is located in Hong Kong. The Spacious company is the search platform that provides users to search estate properties such as sale, rent, serviced apartments, serviced office, coliving space, coworking space, overseas properties, and new developments. As being the only designer in the company, my duty was complex and diverse; for example, designing the upcoming website style, sometimes supervisors and developers have conflict with it. My job here is collecting more information and convincing both of them to do this way which can help the website better. Before I joined the company, they didn't have a CRM system, I started learning what a CRM system should be like. After a couple of days, I created the Spacious CRM system to solve the marketing team’s problem and enhanced the team work efficiency. 

By now, I have 4-5 years experience in the user interface and user experience design fields,I am sure that I am qualified for this position according to the requirements which were described in your advertisement. First, I have adequate knowledge and experience to support this position. Second, I have an intermediate level of English, since my master’s degree was finished in San Francisco. Third, I have good teamwork spirit and communication skills due to my working experiences before. These three facts provide the evidence that I have a quite adequate ability to work in the international company.

I am confirmed that I am ready for this position. Along with these experiences, I hope to develop myself to keep pace with the changes of the era in my professional design field.
