關於我

我是建凱，畢業自臺師大社會教育學系，從系上的行銷課程中接觸到了UX，另外也自學前端語言與互動設計課程，接觸了產品設計後，開始往 UI/UX 及產品經理的領域發展。社會教育學系的課程讓我學習到同理心的重要性，另外也在企業管理學程中接觸了商業世界的模式，最後再加上自己對產品設計的熱愛，成為我最希望能同時具備並持續培養的能力：商業、設計與同理心。我也喜歡到不同地方旅行，紀錄旅行生活上的靈感，並希望自己的產品設計能帶給人們愉悅與便利。 大家都說我常走和其他人不一樣的路，但對我來說，唯有不斷認識新事物和學習新知識，才能看到更不一樣的世界，並發揮自己的價值來影響世界。


【零售龍頭 7-11 電子支付 UX/UI 產品企劃】


結束了為期一年半的實習後，我到愛金卡公司所屬的電子支付部門擔任 UX 產品企劃。我主要負責 App 專案改版與優化，包含icash Pay頁面改版優化 ，透過與專案團隊合作讓我對 App 的 Design Guideline 與前後端 API 等系統文件更加熟悉，且對金流支付產業有更深層認識。另外，我將自己實習所學習的 使用者訪談分析與測試導入公司設計流程，讓專案團隊在設計時更嚴謹地規劃與思考，也順利獲得團隊夥伴與主管支持與認可。另外，我負責icash Pay產品新功能提案，任職期間，我主要負責規劃遊戲化任務、優惠券等產品功能設計，期望透過遊戲化制度增加會員使用的趣味性與提升使用者黏著度。 另外，除了在公司累積自己的產品規劃能力，和團隊溝通與協作能力也是我在愛金卡學習到很寶貴的經驗。在與IT互動溝通，也能理解產品會因技術限制或資源不足，而無法完成期望設計，因此我會和團隊溝通如何在最小產品可行性下分階段完成產品功能。最後我認為我最大的原動力來自於使用者對產品改版後的正面回饋，因此當功能優化後我會去APP評論看使用者最真實的反應也讓我更願意為產品付出心血。


 【實習工作：AI 產品 UX/UI 品牌實習】 


這份實習是讓我往我產品領域更加深入的關鍵時期，前期我因為擔任客戶服務實習，在相當熟悉客服工作後，接觸到公司的 UX / PM 團隊，前期我建立了公司產品的服務 SOP 流程，讓團隊處理客戶問題時能更得心應手，公司認為我的邏輯分析能力能幫助團隊更多，因此讓我也參與 UX 與 PM 等相關工作。期間我負責兩項功能優化的提案，並參與了前期的問題分析、中期的設計發想到後期的 Prototype 繪製與使用訪談測試。起初我對自己的設計還不是那麼有信心，但在最後設計的原型獲得使用者認同時，我發現自己最大的成就來源，原來是當功能獲得使用者正面回饋時。在這個階段我清楚了自己對產品領域的熱情來源，並期望自己能在產品規劃與設計上運用自己過去所學，發揮自己最大的價值。

我很喜歡自學新事物時的過程，希望能接觸更多產品經理的實戰經驗，也期望能接觸到更多產品的數據分析，並根據KPI的目標進行最適合的產品規劃與設計。希望自己在設計時能時刻都貼近使用者心聲，並保持自己對使用者的成就感來源與熱情。我期望未來10年內自己能為喜歡的產業付出努力，並在產品規劃與設計領域能運用過去所學，讓世界多了讓人驚艷且用起來愉快的產品。

關於我

我是建凱，畢業自臺師大社會教育學系，從系上的行銷課程中接觸到了UX，另外也自學前端語言與互動設計課程，接觸了產品設計後，開始往 UI/UX 及產品經理的領域發展。社會教育學系的課程讓我學習到同理心的重要性，另外也在企業管理學程中接觸了商業世界的模式，最後再加上自己對產品設計的熱愛，成為我最希望能同時具備並持續培養的能力：商業、設計與同理心。我也喜歡到不同地方旅行，紀錄旅行生活上的靈感，並希望自己的產品設計能帶給人們愉悅與便利。 大家都說我常走和其他人不一樣的路，但對我來說，唯有不斷認識新事物和學習新知識，才能看到更不一樣的世界，並發揮自己的價值來影響世界。


【零售龍頭 7-11 電子支付 UX/UI 產品企劃】


結束了為期一年半的實習後，我到愛金卡公司所屬的電子支付部門擔任 UX 產品企劃。我主要負責 App 專案改版與優化，包含icash Pay頁面改版優化 ，透過與專案團隊合作讓我對 App 的 Design Guideline 與前後端 API 等系統文件更加熟悉，且對金流支付產業有更深層認識。另外，我將自己實習所學習的 使用者訪談分析與測試導入公司設計流程，讓專案團隊在設計時更嚴謹地規劃與思考，也順利獲得團隊夥伴與主管支持與認可。另外，我負責icash Pay產品新功能提案，任職期間，我主要負責規劃遊戲化任務、優惠券等產品功能設計，期望透過遊戲化制度增加會員使用的趣味性與提升使用者黏著度。 另外，除了在公司累積自己的產品規劃能力，和團隊溝通與協作能力也是我在愛金卡學習到很寶貴的經驗。在與IT互動溝通，也能理解產品會因技術限制或資源不足，而無法完成期望設計，因此我會和團隊溝通如何在最小產品可行性下分階段完成產品功能。最後我認為我最大的原動力來自於使用者對產品改版後的正面回饋，因此當功能優化後我會去APP評論看使用者最真實的反應也讓我更願意為產品付出心血。


 【實習工作：AI 產品 UX/UI 品牌實習】 


這份實習是讓我往我產品領域更加深入的關鍵時期，前期我因為擔任客戶服務實習，在相當熟悉客服工作後，接觸到公司的 UX / PM 團隊，前期我建立了公司產品的服務 SOP 流程，讓團隊處理客戶問題時能更得心應手，公司認為我的邏輯分析能力能幫助團隊更多，因此讓我也參與 UX 與 PM 等相關工作。期間我負責兩項功能優化的提案，並參與了前期的問題分析、中期的設計發想到後期的 Prototype 繪製與使用訪談測試。起初我對自己的設計還不是那麼有信心，但在最後設計的原型獲得使用者認同時，我發現自己最大的成就來源，原來是當功能獲得使用者正面回饋時。在這個階段我清楚了自己對產品領域的熱情來源，並期望自己能在產品規劃與設計上運用自己過去所學，發揮自己最大的價值。 



【持續學習，期望能成為具備商業分析與使用體驗的產品規劃設計師】 


我很喜歡自學新事物時的過程，希望能接觸更多產品經理的實戰經驗，也期望能接觸到更多產品的數據分析，並根據KPI的目標進行最適合的產品規劃與設計。希望自己在設計時能時刻都貼近使用者心聲，並保持自己對使用者的成就感來源與熱情。我期望未來10年內自己能為喜歡的產業付出努力，並在產品規劃與設計領域能運用過去所學，讓世界多了讓人驚艷且用起來愉快的產品。
