Job Outlines:

1. Analyzing market opportunities, Success Metrics tracking.   
Getting insights via data analyzing.

2. Writing a PRD , leading our team to build online trading programs or Website UI/UX via Agile/Scrum.

3. Business Negotiating with Stakeholders , Leading Cross-Functional Departments to reach a consensus.

4.OKR Review.   

Main Achievements: 
1. Analyzing the success metrics ,and putting the concept of a system that cumulatively calculated each deposit into the bonus campaign, it has successfully attracted 30% more deposits and trading amounts, and 15% more active users .
