Experience included a brand new store opening, taking over a high-performing store location, and helping two retail stores improve and become highly effective contributors to the district's success.
Was responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, and performance management for an average of 7-10Retail Sales Associates at any given time. Also
managed one to two Assistant Store Managers at each retail location, along with one Operations Associate
Participated and graduated from Leadership Development Program in 2013.
This accelerated training program is aimed at preparing single-unit managers to take over multi-unit assignments. Program involved professional skills such as Myers Briggs, StrengthsFinder, and Franklin Covey

the store managers, property relocation/addition studies, and all Human
Resources-related events.
Led recruiting efforts for entire district during explosive growth period for the company. Used business trends to project growth for eight stores, projected headcount needs, partnered with Recruiter to open needed requisitions, and organized hiring events to supply candidates into the pipeline. Was able to partner in the hiring of 12 new associates over next 60 days.
