Since college, Kiky able to work with people from different cultural environments, so it's really good for her to work with cultural diversity in the workplace. In addition, she also experienced in response and handling customer enquiries or complaints in order to resolves customer needs. Kiky is full of self-initiativeness, eager to learn, problem solver and being responsive become a fundamental to be able to provide the best service to the customers and to build long relationship with internal & external customers.

I have known Kiky since 2015 as a senior at IPB University, when she was pursuing a bachelor's degree in family and consumer science. Interacting with her in various campus activities until now, where I consult about customer service makes me conclude that she really applies the concept of customer service mindset, by always being responsive as well as building loyalty in the long term to everyone.
I witnessed some of her achievements, one of which was when she awarded a scholarship to Japan in 2017, which is a reflection of her strengths in terms of strategic skills, eager to learn, and adaptive to dynamic changes. These skills will make Rizky a great asset to any organization or company.
As a college friend of Kiky. I have always eagerly working as a team with her, as I am aware of her good working attitude, initiativeness, creativity, analytical and problem solving skills. She also inspires me in different aspects of my life, especially in maintaining good relationships and constantly developing interpersonal and professional skills. I recommend her for management role as I believe her resiliency, adaptiveness, and leadership would make her qualified for the role.
