I am a member of the Networking Communication Rugged Public product team. My daily responsibilities include addressing technical and design application issues raised by FAEs from branches and customers worldwide. This role provides ample opportunities to acquire new technical knowledge and gain insight into the industry. I primarily focus on our product line, which equips me with the skills needed to tackle complex challenges, including Microsoft accreditation, certification, BMC, IPMC, Ethernet, hardware design, VxWorks, Linux, Autoware, and more.
