我是蔡懷萱,台北人,成功大學經濟系畢業。

我的第一份工作:蝦皮購物

第一份工作會選擇蝦皮,起因於我在事業發展及數據分析部門的實習。在實習期間讓我學習了如何透過數據來做簡單的分析以及資料整理的能力。實習一年後我在這邊轉為正職,並嘗試了不一樣的功能面 – 關鍵字廣告。 

剛開始做廣告的時候遇到不少挫折,是一個我完全不了解的產業。但憑藉著努力以及從最基礎的直接與賣家通話,了解他們使用廣告上的痛點,也對於我對廣告的相關業務越來越熟悉。

第一年的廣告工作主要是針對廣告功能做推廣,提高廣告的使用率和單一用戶使用金額,進而提升平台廣告收入。

第二年開始工作內容稍有更動,主要負責廣告的功能維護開發以及Bug維修,會有較多機會直接面對總部的PM及了解如何解決bug跟解決問題,並且較常使用資料庫來找廣告成效並且透過各種工具分析後進而建議賣家如何使用廣告。 

目前的工作內容調整為內部資料需求處理,接收來自內部Commercial Team/Paid Ads Team針對每一次的促銷活動或日常成效所需之資料需求,透過SQL撈取資料並使用Excel/Google Sheet 整理成易懂的報表。


總結:透過在蝦皮的這三年工作經驗,讓我對於電商產業、廣告以及資料蒐集與分析有一定的認識,並且對於資料庫、分析也有實作經驗。
