During my work tenure with L&T Finance, I launched 6 new branches of Microfinance in Bihar and developed the portfolio of JLG loan up to 80 Crores from the newly launched branches in just 8 months. Experience Synopsis:-

My overall experience is of almost 12+ Years & the majority of it being in the financial sector along with the qualification of PGDM @ MBA in Regular Mode focused in Marketing from IIBM Patna.

To elaborate, I have approximately 4 Years of experience across the MFI sector in JLG business development through Sales & regular monthly EMI collection along with PAR recovery from soft bucket 30 + PAR accounts and recovery of hard bucket 90+ days of delinquent NPA accounts up to Territory Manager level with reputed Industry leaders such as HDFC Bank SLI Vertical and L&T Finance along with HDB Financial Services. Therefore, I have proved myself as a performer in consistently achieving Business & Recovery Targets through the assigned teams with judicious man-management, motivation, and sincerity.

Moving on, I also possess experience in territory expansion. During my work tenure with L&T Finance, I launched 6 new branches of Microfinance in Bihar and developed the portfolio of JLG loan up to 80 Crores from the newly launched branches in just 8 months. I also managed the same portfolio of near about 80 Crores for monthly EMI collection through the 5 branches assigned to me and during my term I was proven as a stupendous Territory Manager in maintaining OTRR % @ 100% in a consistent manner on a MOM basis.

Moreover, from December 2018 to 30th January 2020, I worked with HDB Financial Services as a Branch Head of the Lakhimpur Kheri branch in Uttar Pradesh & there I was responsible for Business Development (Sales) of lending products i.e; SAL PL, SEN-PL, LAP, GL & EBL and insuring quality business through the branch credit team for underwriting with proper risk assessment.

loyalty levels.
