─ Built website community features from scratch through the stakeholder interview and focus group, and competitor analysis; set the product goal, strategy, and roadmap, working closely with designers, engineers, and QA team; reached the target MAU of around 15,000 (Mar 2022).
─ Lead the Design Sprint project with a cross-function team twice (both physical and remote) and verified the result through the A/B Test, which improves:
── Landing page sign-up conversion rate of 75%
── Community page user engagement by 50%
─ Redesigned gamer’s statistics feature user experience by conducting usability tests; increased visitor session traffic by 50%.
─ Initiated and contributed to an internal rebranding and Design System project, cutting the design lead times by 30%, and also won the 2021 Red Dot Design visual communication Award.
─ Collaborated with the algorithm team to build the content and teammate pairing algorithm; gain pattern (I740637) in Taiwan.

─ Planned the project schedule, budget, and human resources, then conducted user research from the theoretical framework to the execution of interviews, field observation, and analyzed data to deliver a report with 60+ insights.
─ Interpreted the research gained by the attendees and guided the team through the Design Thinking process that created 4 prototypes and tested them with 8 target users.
