My name is Melody. I hold a bachelor’s degree with a major in English and literature from National Dong Hwa University in Hualien. I have learnt how to critically thinking and trained to have a keen mind. Also, I am outgoing, optimistic, and easy to get along with. Besides, I have a experience of being professor’s assistant for three years, this experience makes me circumspective and efficient during the works. Its makes me a good communicator between professor and students. Moreover, I was a barista in Starbucks for nine months during my sophomore year. I have learnt how to deal with customer service well and  improved my skills of crisis management. Also makes me having an extroverted, vivacious personality and flexible and works well in a team.
