亞迪電子, 演算法工程師, Jul 2020 ~ 現在

  • 我現職為亞迪電子擔任演算法開發工程師。亞迪電子關鍵技術以「熱像鏡頭」結合「自我注入鎖定式雷達」(2.4GHz的微波雷達,簡稱SIL雷達)為核心,應用於醫療照護、防疫、畜牧業等產業。我的工作有:
  • 基於QT框架編寫標記GUI工具,為敝公司的SIL雷達生成的一維波形數據(簡稱SIL數據)建立標記程序。
  • 以生成對抗模型(IWGAN)為SIL數據進行數據增強。
  • 以C++開發第一代產品的演算法,由SIL數據推算病人的呼吸與心跳等生命特徵。
  • 以機器學習、深度學習,如random forest、CNN、LSTM等模型開發第二代產品,由SIL數據推斷病人病徵的分類模型。
  • 以OpenCV、YOLO開發熱影像姿態辨識系統。

  • 退伍後,我加入中央研究院謝佳龍老師的實驗室。
  • 由於研究內容橫跨物理、化學、生醫領域,在這裡除了發揮原先的光學專長,我還需要學習生物化學實驗與儀器控制,才能建立一套完整的光學顯微影像系統。
  • 我獨自設計干涉式散射光學顯微鏡(iSCAT)。 以干涉式散射光學顯微鏡,建立生物膜奈米粒子影像。
  • 利用CMOS高速攝影機(1k~100k fps)、影像擷取卡,對細胞膜分子影像每張圖上的粒子定位,並追蹤超快速動態軌跡。
  • 透過大量的動態軌跡數據,分析出細胞膜物理特性。

  • I am currently working as an algorithm engineer for ADE Technology Inc. Combine “thermal camera” and “Self-Injection Locked (SIL) radar”, and applies in medical care, epidemic prevention, animal husbandry and other industries. My tasks are:
  • Write the labeling GUI tool based on the QT framework, and establish a labeling process for 1D-waveform data generated by us SIL radar (SIL data).
  • Data augmentation with generative adversarial model (IWGAN) for SIL data.
  • The algorithm of the 1st-gen product is developed in C++ to calculate the patient's vital sign such as breathing and heartbeat from the SIL data.
  • Develop 2nd-gen products with machine learning, deep learning, such as random forest, CNN, LSTM, to infer a classification model of patient symptoms from SIL data.
  • Developed thermal image pose recognition system with OpenCV and YOLO.
  • Establish client-server model between Windows and Linux systems through LAN, and Real-time acquisition of SIL data from multiple Linux devices via a PC. 
  • Write Bash and PowerShell between Windows and Linux servers for algorithm installation and data collection.

  • After leaving the army, my first job entered the lab of Dr. Chia-Lung Hsieh of the Academia Sinica.

  • I built an interferometric scattering optical microscope (iSCAT) alone.
  • Use a CMOS high-speed camera (1k ~ 100k fps) and an frame grabber device to positioning nano-particles, and track the ultra-fast dynamic trajectory of cell membrane.
  • Through a large amount of dynamic trajectory data, the physical characteristics of the cell membrane were analyzed.

亞迪電子, 演算法工程師, Jul 2020 ~ 現在

  • 我現職為亞迪電子擔任演算法開發工程師。亞迪電子關鍵技術以「熱像鏡頭」結合「自我注入鎖定式雷達」(2.4GHz的微波雷達,簡稱SIL雷達)為核心,應用於醫療照護、防疫、畜牧業等產業。我的工作有:
  • 基於QT框架編寫標記GUI工具,為敝公司的SIL雷達生成的一維波形數據(簡稱SIL數據)建立標記程序。
  • 以生成對抗模型(IWGAN)為SIL數據進行數據增強。
  • 以C++開發第一代產品的演算法,由SIL數據推算病人的呼吸與心跳等生命特徵。
  • 以機器學習、深度學習,如random forest、CNN、LSTM等模型開發第二代產品,由SIL數據推斷病人病徵的分類模型。
  • 以OpenCV、YOLO開發熱影像姿態辨識系統。

  • 退伍後,我加入中央研究院謝佳龍老師的實驗室。
  • 由於研究內容橫跨物理、化學、生醫領域,在這裡除了發揮原先的光學專長,我還需要學習生物化學實驗與儀器控制,才能建立一套完整的光學顯微影像系統。
  • 我獨自設計干涉式散射光學顯微鏡(iSCAT)。 以干涉式散射光學顯微鏡,建立生物膜奈米粒子影像。
  • 利用CMOS高速攝影機(1k~100k fps)、影像擷取卡,對細胞膜分子影像每張圖上的粒子定位,並追蹤超快速動態軌跡。
  • 透過大量的動態軌跡數據,分析出細胞膜物理特性。

Algorithm Engineer, ADE Technology Inc.|2020/7~now 

  • I am currently working as an algorithm engineer for ADE Technology Inc. Combine “thermal camera” and “Self-Injection Locked (SIL) radar”, and applies in medical care, epidemic prevention, animal husbandry and other industries. My tasks are:
  • Write the labeling GUI tool based on the QT framework, and establish a labeling process for 1D-waveform data generated by us SIL radar (SIL data).
  • Data augmentation with generative adversarial model (IWGAN) for SIL data.
  • The algorithm of the 1st-gen product is developed in C++ to calculate the patient's vital sign such as breathing and heartbeat from the SIL data.
  • Develop 2nd-gen products with machine learning, deep learning, such as random forest, CNN, LSTM, to infer a classification model of patient symptoms from SIL data.
  • Developed thermal image pose recognition system with OpenCV and YOLO.
  • Establish client-server model between Windows and Linux systems through LAN, and Real-time acquisition of SIL data from multiple Linux devices via a PC. 
  • Write Bash and PowerShell between Windows and Linux servers for algorithm installation and data collection. 
  • Use a SMAC step motor to simulate the movement of the patient's respiratory and heartbeat.

  • I worked as a software engineer for UnlimiterHear. We focuses on the healthy development of hearing with audio products: Bluetooth headsets and hearing aids.

  • After leaving the army, my first job entered the lab of Dr. Chia-Lung Hsieh of the Academia Sinica. 
  • Since the research covers the fields of physics, chemistry and biomedicine, in addition to using my original optical expertise, I also need to learn biochemical experiments and instrument control to build a optical microscopic imaging system.
  • I built an interferometric scattering optical microscope (iSCAT) alone.
  • Use a CMOS high-speed camera (1k ~ 100k fps) and an frame grabber device to positioning nano-particles, and track the ultra-fast dynamic trajectory of cell membrane.
  • Through a large amount of dynamic trajectory data, the physical characteristics of the cell membrane were analyzed.

  • When I was studying for a master's degree, I joined Prof. Shi-Wei Chu's "Bio-Optics Lab". We are a cross-disciplinary research team that combines physics, optics and biology.

  • In my master's degree, I was engaged in the research of nonlinear optics. The tunable femtosecond pulse laser light source is established through nonlinear crystal and photonic crystal fiber.
  • Combined with super-resolution fluorescent microscope and nonlinear optical microscope, it is expected to be used in non-invasive 3D bio-imaging.
  • I used to be a teaching assistant for university courses in optics and physics. Guide students to correct errors, study, issue questions and revise examination papers.
