Experience

Revenue Operations Manager, ComplyCloud

October 2021 - Present

I joined ComplyCloud to start up the Revenue Operations team. My goal was to optimize process, increase collaboration between teams, and develop our Salesforce system to better support the growing business. 


We have reached a point where our CRM has strong data governance and a streamlined setup which allows all users, in any department, to get a view of the whole customer picture in a quick glance. Also, we have achieved the goal of Salesforce being the Single-Source-of-Truth for all departments in the company. 


Over 2 years I have enjoyed running many projects, involving every department in the company, a very small sample of those are:


- Building an extremely mature Sales process supporting the entire customer journey with significant automation. This aims to make all users life easier whilst ensuring data quality for easy tracking of all our KPIs. This includes integrations with data providers, a sales engagement platform, document signing, and billing.


- Re-building the Marketing Lead flow from a technical point so that we can always track all aspects of lead generation and the lead journey. 


- Working with our Tech team to build an integration between Salesforce with our app providing Customer Success an overview of customer activity and notifying them of customers' potential red flags.


- Integrating Salesforce with a new Subscription Management software so that all Financial information comes to-and-from Salesforce. This met the goal of Salesforce being the Single-Source-of-Truth for all financial data.

Salesforce Consultant, Arpedio Solutions 

January 2019 - September 2021

Arpedio Solutions is a consultancy focusing on Salesforce CRM projects. Having started as a student, I moved to full-time and worked as a consultant for over 2 years. I worked as a team, and also as lead consultant, on projects focusing mainly on Marketing Automation and Core CRM.


Having worked with both very large and very small clients allowed me to develop a wide range of skills and the ability to meet a company's current needs at their exact level of maturity.


My main take-aways from my time at Arpedio were developing expertise in CRM and learning to run projects from start to finish. From gathering business requirements, translating these into technical requirements, mapping As-Is and To-Be scenarios, stakeholder management, and hypercare and training.

I am very competent on how to approach, define, and execute data analysis. Whilst studying, I enjoyed using complex data analysis to determine otherwise emotional relationships, and I use this approach when analysing business activities, does what we're doing work for the reasons we think it works?

CRM Expert

As consultant, I designed and optimised CRM strategy for a wide range of clients. I my current role, I own the entire commercial software stack allowing me to delve more deeply and focus on more long-term goals. I am an expert in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (formerly Pardot) and the Salesforce Platform.

 Communication and change management

The key to the success of all project is user adoption and that involves communication and collaboration between all stakeholders. What I enjoy about Revenue Operations is being able to see the view from in between departments. I enjoy working with all colleagues to ensure we find the most efficient solution for everyone.
