★ Work closely with Global Product team and local Customer Service, Marketing, IT, Finance, Operation teams to localize Global standard for all countries, based on local regulations and user feedbacks.

★ Keep track of requirements, designs, features, issues regarding website revision projects, such as Payment, Checkout, Reactivation, Shipping Address, Order Receipt, My Account, Loyalty Program, etc.

★ Work closely with the Service team, Content team, Sitecore team, and Product team to clarify requirement details between user needs and development gaps.

★ Plan key milestones and highlight high priority tasks upon daily stand-up and feature review meetings.
