We're looking for a talented and creative User Experience Designer to work with us in creating amazing products.

The exact mix of other skills does not matter, so long as your tool chest includes a mix of abilities. Be willing to attack anything that comes your way, learn on the fly and get things done. Our Product Experience department comprises Product Management, UXI, Product Data, and Customer Success teams. Our mission is to acquire a deep understanding and empathy of our users; we leverage these to innovate solutions to their problems.

We contribute from idea inception to product release to the continued delivery of world-class product experiences.

We are a data-informed team obsessed with our user experience, and we coordinate across many departments, including Frontend, Backend, QA, SRE, Compliance, and Growth.

Responsibilities:

-Understand product specifications and user psychology

-Create personas by executing user requirements gathering, user testing, user research, and feedback analysis

-Work with the Brand Manager to develop our brand personality, and to define each app's personality

-Devise and implement a UX editorial strategy based on these personalities

-Define a set of UX editorial terminology to be used across all UI, UX, and marketing designs and collateral

-Develop modular design systems and information architectures

-Develop storyboards, user flows, sitemaps

-Develop wireframes for both mobile and web apps, work with the UI Designer to create UI designs

-Communicate designs to developers and collaboratively resolve issues

-Assist the Usability Analyst in usability testing

-Present and communicate insights in order to help shape long-term product strategy
