This PM position is responsible for Digital Transformation related project planning, designing, managing, and evaluating. Currently, there are projects related to human resources, web design, social media managament, people transformation, human capital management system, factory operation, smart manufacturing, AI applications, ..., etc.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical, planning, cross-team collaborating, and project management abilities.

Candidates with Human Resources or Supply Chain Management background are highly preferred.

This position will be arranged under CSO/CEO office, and first dedicated in HCM implementation project.

Minimum Qualifications

• Master’s degree, degress in Business Management, Information Management, or related discipline will be a plus.
• 1 year+ of Program Management and/or Strategic Program Planning experience
• Strong communication skill; able to present complex ideas effectively
• Balanced union of strategic thinking, problem solving, decision making, and time management skills
• Technical proficiencies in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent command of spoken and written in both English and Chinese

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA/master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• 3+ years work experience in program management, process management, process improvement OR equivalent experience.
• 1 year+ of HR-related work experience
• Experience in HCM systems, especially Workday implementations.
  
• Experience in Digital Transformation projects, using multiple technologies in a cohesive way; experience with digitization, advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and deep learning is also a plus
