Risk Management Specialist

Job Description

Coordinate with the management team regarding the latest SOPs, the latest changes to regulations, system updates, and other matters related to operations
Undertake SOPs with the Risk committee regarding the new Policy and conduct outreach to Vendors, Internal CAs, and other Divisions
Monitor , report on every problem, and solve the problem related to Credit Risk
Monitoring and reporting on performance (both in terms of quality, productivity, KPI and others)
Doing a reminder / refreshment of existing policies
Coordinate with 3rd Parties (verification vendors, telephone vendors, and other vendors (Dukcapil, Pefindo, and SLIK)

Requirements

Bachelor Degree
Good communication and critical thinking skills
Good knowledge in risk management
Experience in Peer risk management (personal loans, banks, P2P, etc.) is preferred
Good team management capabilities, could manage 10-50 people is an advantage
