Corporate Secretary/Executive

Job Description

  • Drafting and proofread official documentation, reports and agreements (English and Chinese)
  • Attend meetings with partners, clients and Business Development team
  • Prepare agenda, meeting minutes and notes
  • Filing, organizing, scanning, copying and faxing legal documents
  • Daily record keeping and filing of electronic and hard copy of official documents/agreements
  • Other general administrative support - may include: travel arrangements, meeting scheduling, office supplies ordering and record keeping of inventory
  • HR support – holiday notices, leave records, birthday reminders, HR appraisal etc.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties that may be required from time to time by the supervisors

Requirements

Education / Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Administration experience preferred

Competencies:

  • Fluent in English and Chinese language (Traditional and Simplified characters)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Microsoft Word)
  • Detail-oriented
