1. HR Tasks
 - Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews, including entering data into HR information systems and auditing for accuracy and compliance

2. Host team building events
- Team engagement activities organized

3. Work with offshore HR team
 - Monthly learning coordination & reporting
 - Support HR related activities

4.  Recruiting

- Resource acquisition from ads posting/head hunter
- Candidate contact
- Interview schedule
- On boarding process

1. Fluent in English spoken and writing (MUST)
2. Proven HR experience in software/tech company
3. Easy-going person and willing to help people
