Responsibilities:

• Support hardware development and manage build documentations.
• Manage and update the product BOM, build matrix, tracking material readiness, clear-to-build, tracking engineering parallel paths and investigations, and product configurations.
• Support ECN and post-ramp-qualification BOM and other documentation updates, ensure alignment between Botrista and contract manufacturer.
• Lead weekly build readiness meeting with the contract manufacturing team and provide training on EPS related deliverables to the contract manufacturing team (e.g., how to read build matrix, allocation/shipment planning and applicable build matrix database training).
• Own engineering / development purchase order (PO) creation, communication with GSM and finance teams, and invoice review.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 2 years of experience in new hardware development
• Understanding of hardware Bill of Materials (BOM) structures and change control concepts
  

Preferred qualifications:

• Familiarity with hardware development and manufacturing processes, vendor relations, and working with contract manufacturers
• Ability to work, and thrive, in a fast paced and time sensitive environment, while prioritizing and working on multiple tasks/projects
• Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to manage complex spreadsheets and coordinate across cross-functional teams and job functions
• Excellent multitasking abilities
