Job Description
• Develop global business plans and product strategies for computer accessories across all channels.
• Define go-to-market strategies to achieve annual sales and margin targets.
• Identify new product directions and market opportunities.
• Prioritize product marketing requirements based on market analysis.
• Foster innovation and collaboration within the team.
• Implement data-driven decision-making processes.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver results.
• Advocate for products within Regional Sales organizations.
• Provide customer insights to drive product development.
• Manage strategic planning for category portfolios.
Requirements
• Minimum 12 years of product management experience in the technology industry, preferably in computer accessories.
• Extensive experience in global B2C, B2B, E-tail, or PC OEM markets.
• Proven track record in Mechanical Engineering and/or Product Management, including marketing, segmentation, portfolio management, and product life-cycle management.
• Excellent or bilingual English Communication skill
• Willingness to travel 10-20% to Kensington locations, customers, channel partners, and vendors.

Salary Structure: 14 Months + Bonus
