【主要職責】
※技術領導和架構設計
領導團隊進行複雜系統架構設計和重構，著重於確保高性能、可用性和安全性
積極參與技術選擇，進行評估，以提高開發效率並增強系統穩定性
※管理
管理和指導工程團隊，引導他們成長，培養協作、高效能的工作文化
培養一個促進個人和集體卓越的環境，確保與公司的願景和目標保持一致
※開發
- 協作創建重要功能，提供技術指導，以確保交付高品質的程式碼
- 擔任團隊解決複雜技術問題的核心，監督程式碼審查，強化最佳實踐和程式碼品質標準的遵循
- CI/CD流水線的設計和實施，強調自動化測試和部署流程，提高開發工作流程的效率
※性能優化
領導性能優化工作，包括性能調整、資料庫優化和高級快取策略，以提升系統性能
※ 技術知識分享
- 與團隊成員分享深度的知識，促進持續的技術提升
- 提供指導，以促進新技術和工具的整合，推動持續學習和專業發展
※對業務和產品決策的貢獻
積極參與有關業務和產品策略的戰略討論，提供寶貴的技術見解和建議，以使技術與組織目標保持一致
Tech stack： MySQL,PostgreSQL,Golang, Redis, Kubernetes, Vue.js, GitHub
* 標配MAC電腦
【上班時間】
早上 9 點至下午 6 點並且有 30 分鐘彈性上下班

Requirements
【
必要條件
】
- 4年以上的Golang後端開發經驗
- 1年以上的技術領導或主管經驗
- 出色的團隊管理和溝通技能
- 良好的項目管理和計劃能力
- 願意參與程式設計和技術挑戰
- 對新技術趨勢和最佳實踐的敏感性
【加分條件】
- 對容器化和微服務架構有經驗
- 熟悉雲端服務提供商（例如AWS、GCP、Azure）
- 具備DevOps實踐知識
Interview process
共1-2 關。視訊，分別跟 EPM+RDs/CTO/CEO+HR等人面試
