Descripción del trabajo
Role & Responsibilities:
- Monitor and ensure tax compliance for group entities
- Review/Preparation of transfer pricing documentation for group entities
- Liaise with external tax advisors for timely resolution of all tax related issues
- Assist in tax and corporate planning activities, including new entity set up, dividend distributions, etc.
- Liaise with local and overseas outside business partner
Qualifications:
- University degree and above, with major in Accounting/Finance field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in big 4 tax department.
- CPA license and/or industry experience is a plus.
- Written & spoken proficiency in English is essential.
