• The client will be USA company SaaS Company with more than 9 branch office and over 250 ppl.
• The product will be SaaS Edtech service and focus on USA and Europe market and over millions users and 150+ countries using their system.
• Due to market expansion will like to recruit Head of PM or Growth to assist company to collaborate with cross products and services.

Responsibilities

• Will work closely with our Business Unit & Team Leaders to support cross-functional projects across Product, Marketing and Sales teams and to support new Product launches & Go-to-Market.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong project management & communication skills, precise written English, and proven ability to maintain & build strong relationships and teamwork globally, while ensuring that active projects are run and coordinated efficiently through JIRA & Confluence.
• Initially focus on supporting new Product launches, while working closely with our Customer Success, Sales, Marketing and Branding Teams to improve coordination of product launch communications, with the opportunity for advancement as our partner & integrations manager.
• Lead and drive checkpoint reviews & meetings to catch ‘bottlenecks’ early and keep Team priorities in sync.
• Supporting the product development lifecycle from inception to launch, as well as refining our product integration process.

• 5+ years Project and Product Management experience, preferably in a high-growth and fast-paced environment with coordination experience across a global team & time-zones.
• Strong experience in JIRA and Confluence.
• Strong self-starter, ability to research & learn independently.
• Strong written and oral English communication skills with careful attention to detail and personable in building effective relationships.
• Ability to work under pressure with good judgment and logical, well-reasoned trade-off decisions.
