- 前瞻性商業思維，探索金融科技領域的創新趨勢和市場機會。
- 明確制定技術部門的目標和計畫，與其他部門主管有效溝通，確保團隊成員理解職責和預期成果。
- 處理技術團隊可能出現的問題，迅速而有效地領導團隊解決挑戰，實現目標。
- 指導和監督技術團隊的日常工作，確保開發工作順利進行，謹慎分析工具和解決方案，以提高產品品質。
技術環境：
- 技術包括Node.js、TypeScript、Python、C#。
- 資料庫使用PostgreSQL、Redis、MongoDB、MSSQL。
- 使用WebSocket、gRPC、Docker技術。
- 部署在GCP和AWS平台上。
Requirements
- 具備新創團隊管理經驗。
- 擅長人員管理和跨部門溝通。
- 對投資理財和金融科技產業充滿興趣。
