Job Description

• Deliver high-quality infrastructure, workplace, and application services. Ensure adequate capacity on connectivity, storage, and compute resources.
• Promote IT service and help users find the right tools/products to enhance their effectiveness and efficiency.
• Develop and implement all IT policies and procedures, including those for architecture, security, disaster recovery, standards, purchasing, and service provision.
• Implement long-term IT planning/strategy with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement. Perform operational risk assessments and implement mitigation solutions.

• At least 8 years of experience in a similar IT role, with 4 years or more in a leadership position. Knowledge of ITIL is essential; incident, change management, and all other relevant ITIL disciplinary areas.Experience in developing integrated business systems.
• Highly motivated, self-disciplined. Be analytical, process-driven, and able to bring a strategic angle to the IT team.
• Ability to deal with cross-function, multi-culture, non- technical issues.
• Ability to take proactive steps in managing problems.Think practical on the impact of decisions for end-user
