2 years of experience in people management in Software industry(prefer in EC company)
Strong coding skills and system knowledge of FE/BE/Mobile App development
Familiar with agile development
Strong communication skills, and ability to influence others both inside and outside of the team/organization
Experienced with large-scale software development and release processes
