🔔職務內容🔔

公司將提供先進的技術和科技，以顧客的消費行為為基礎，深入了解現有的消費者生態，
並以此為基礎策劃和組織商業活動，以推進業務數字。
Responsible for the development and execution of CRM campaigns focused on acquisition, retention, life cycle, and segmentation, as well as ad-hoc marketing campaigns.

【Strategic Sales】

- Developing and overseeing a loyalty program for co-branded cards that utilizes diverse techniques and approaches to engage and acquire new members.
- By utilizing the CRM system, design a recurring customer lifecycle program aimed at increasing member sales and promoting member retention through ongoing performance reviews.
- Responsible for overseeing the CRM platform and owned media channels, such as push notifications, SMS, and EDMs, with a focus on enhancing open rates and click-through rates.
- Conducting in-depth data analysis and evaluation of member behavior, purchasing cycles, and campaign performance.
- Utilize the CRM system to perform data analysis and post-activity evaluations in order to generate customer insights and make recommendations.
- Provide monthly KPI reports punctually and accurately.

【Communication and Collaboration】
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of initiatives related to CRM acquisition and retention programs.
- Work in close collaboration with the data team to reveal data insights that can be utilized to develop programs.

【Agency Management】
- Collaborating with agencies and suppliers to ensure the successful implementation of initiatives related to CRM acquisition and retention programs.

【Administrative Duties】
- Overseeing monthly budgetary control.
- Maintaining CRM SOP/guidelines.

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in business or marketing is required. An MBA is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Expertise in CRM fields, with a preference for experience in retailing, banking, or EC platform related fields.
• Broad marketing experience with a specialization in CRM.
• Budget management experience.
• Proficiency in CRM functions, ideally with experience in using CRM platforms and campaign management systems, as well as strong analytical skills.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization and to achieve objectives
  
• Fluent in Chinese and English.
