Responsibilities

We are hiring a Recruiter for our Taiwan office, offering an opportunity for candidates to gain valuable experience and exposure in a rapidly growing environment.

The successful candidate will be tasked with executing our regional talent acquisition strategies and initiatives, bringing exceptional candidates on board the CyberLink team. Alongside fulfilling assigned responsibilities, they will oversee the company's recruitment pipeline, collaborating closely with senior business leaders.

• Managing the complete Talent Acquisition process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating the offering process.
  
• Networking and sourcing candidates through various recruitment channels, such as LinkedIn.
• Handling all recruitment activities across different levels, including Campus recruiting.
• Developing and implementing tactical sourcing strategies to generate candidate flow meeting diversity and overall recruiting goals.
• Collaborating closely with business leaders to advise on recruiting strategy and influence hiring practices.
• Enhancing employer branding through participation in career fairs and marketing activities on social networks.

• Minimum of 3 years' prior experience in a similar role, with added value if experienced in headhunting firms.
• Proficient in communication and adept at influencing others.
• Capable of comprehending business needs and articulating them to create technical and operational solutions for optimal outcomes.
• Exceptional organizational capabilities, adept at managing multiple projects and thriving in ambiguous environments.
• Profound proficiency in written and verbal communication in both English and Chinese languages.
