Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee legal affairs for the group and its subsidiaries.
Negotiate and draft agreements or legal documents for the group.
Provide legal advice and consultation internally and externally, and participate in the formulation of internal regulations and systems.
Handle other assignments delegated by superiors.

Other Requirements:

Educational background: Bachelor's degree or above.
Major in a legal-related field.
Possess a legal practitioner qualification.
Preferably have experience in both law firms and corporate legal affairs.

Desired Traits:

Possess keen observation, organizational communication, and project integration skills.
Strong logical thinking ability with a proactive attitude towards continuous learning.
Excellent communication skills.
