Responsibilities:

2. Vendor Management: You'll be the point person for our relationships with OSAT vendors. From negotiating contracts to keeping tabs on performance, you'll be our go-to guru.
3. Quality Assurance: We're all about quality here! Help us set the bar high and ensure our products meet specifications and blow our customers away.
4. Process Optimization: Let's make things run smoother and smarter! Keep an eye out for ways to improve processes and save costs.
5. Technology Integration: Stay in the loop with the latest assembly and test technologies. We want to be ahead of the curve!
6. Team Leadership: Lead by example and foster a culture of teamwork, innovation, and constant improvement among our OSAT team.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 15 years of experience in semiconductor assembly and test operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
2. Familiarity with BUMP assembly processes and technologies.
3. A good grasp of semiconductor manufacturing principles.
4. Proven track record of managing outsourced manufacturing operations.
5. Great leadership and communication skills.
6. A strategic mindset with a focus on results.
7. Strong budget management skills.
8. Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience working with OSAT vendors.
2. Knowledge of advanced packaging technologies.
3. Understanding of statistical process control (SPC) and quality management methodologies.
4. Experience with automation and digitalization initiatives.
