COMPANY PROFILE: Executive recruitment specialist company - CakeResume is recruiting on behalf of a Martech Company. As the business keeps developing, our client is seeking an ideal candidate for the Sales Development Representative Lead position.

• Location: Makati, Philippines.

JOB SUMMARY: The dedicated Sales Development Representative Lead will be a part of a dynamic team and be expected to lead an SDR team with over 3 people to build sales strategies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Find, generate and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities.
• Make daily outgoing (cold) calls and emails to the sales team.
• Exceed monthly quota of eligible scheduled appointments/demos and closed deals.
• Work with the sales team to schedule calls, meetings, and product demonstrations with prospects.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, train, and manage SDRs – grow the team.
• Motivate SDRs to exceed goals through coaching and incentives.
• Pipeline Management: Enter and Manage Data in CRM.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 3 years of experience in managerial roles in Sales at IT Technology/SaaS/Software Product Companies.
• Proven success as a sales professional with an ability to lead the SDR team by example.
• Experience in overseeing APAC/UK/USA regions is a big plus.
• Excellent customer-facing skills using written or verbal communication.
• Highly organized around metrics and able to manage time effectively, work independently, and be self-motivated to generate pipeline.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities effectively and efficiently.
• Passion for training, motivating, and coaching in a fast-growth environment.
