Mô tả công việc
Responsibilities:
- Support customers for online marketing and campaigns on the company’s platform.
- Communicates to customers via phone, email or chat for any issues related to their interaction with business platforms
- Manage the relationship between the company and its customers resulting in increased business by providing consultative advice sales solutions.
- Act as a voice for users/advertisers to provide product and process improvement opportunities back to the company.
Details:
- Working hours - Monday to Friday (9.30am – 7.00pm)
- Relocation to Malaysia will be reimbursed (Flight ticket)
- Free accommodation for 1 month
- Medical: Outpatient RM600 for 1-year contract & Hospitalization RM20K & RM120 (per bed)
- Free lunch
