Job Description

人事行政主管將主導citiesocial的人才發展計畫與執行，並確保工作環境的有效管理運作，將citiesocial打造為理想的就業環境。

主要工作內容：

  1. 規劃與執行符合企業文化的人才發展體制、政策與流程，包含
    1. 人員招募、任用、就職培訓事宜
    2. 同仁職涯發展、教育訓練、福利制度等計畫
    3. 績效管理制度與薪資核定結算
  2. 規劃與執行日常辦公事務、文書資料、財產設備與環境安全衛生管理

Requirements

應徵條件：‭
1. 大學以上學歷
2. 3年以上人事與行政管理經歷
3. 主動積極、EQ與同理心佳、溝通能力強、細心負責、可獨立作業
4. 熟悉人資工作相關法令規定
5. 具備中上的英文讀寫能力
