We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. This in-house position requires strong English writing skills, as you will be communicating with our international clients on a daily basis. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of our products and services and be adept at providing timely and effective support to our customers.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a professional and courteous manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and empathy, striving for first-contact resolution whenever possible.
- Develop a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information and assistance to customers.
- Collaborate closely with team members to address customer concerns and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels for resolution.
- Assist in creating and updating knowledge base articles and customer support documentation.
- Excellent English communication & writing skills; additional languages like Spanish or Portuguese are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build trust with customers.
- Preferred experience in customer service or support.
- Tech-savvy with a knack for learning complex software quickly.
- Quick to adapt and optimize the workload.

Since the product launch in July 2021, a chrome extension on WhatsApp Web, we have users in 84+ countries, with 86% of surveyed users either happy or extremely happy, and we’re working to raise that. We also create a workspace for enterprises, which is a tool for the sales manager to track their sales team. We got over 10 potential users since Jan 2022.
